I've been a member here forever and just recently started frequenting it again. It's on the pricey side but at this point to me its well worth it. I generally don't use the locker room facilities but they're kept clean. The gym itself is also kept clean. Its rare that I've seen something broken and when it does happen its fixed within a few days.It does get crowded during the peak weekday after work time but so does any gym.
The best gym in the area hands down.

This is so far the best gym that I've ever been to. The place is big and well-sanitized. They have all types of gym equipment that are working well and the staff members are very accommodating. My sister told me about this gym and I happy to be part here. Their membership fee is very affordable as well. One of the cleanest gyms ever . Best thing is there new so everything in the gym is new and cleaned daily . Free towels and a steam room are pluses !!! Never have to wait for a machine or weights. I go 4 to 5 days a week and have the best people in this place always giving suggestions and lending an ear . The trainers and staff are on point all the time. It's definitely one of the best gyms in the city. We are extremely lucky to have this type of state-of-the-art gym in our community. The staff is not only friendly and professional -- but they truly go out of their way to help you. Having parking is a huge plus and the equipment is some of the best in the industry. This gym is miles ahead of my previous gym. Clean, new well maintained equipment, and the staff seems cool. I only have one complaint and that's the lockers are way too small. I bring my gym bag and I have a hard time squeezing it it there. During the winter I'm going to need two lockers, one for my coat and one for my bag and clothes. I joined this gym 2 months ago and could not be happier! Looking to lose weight I am already down 5lbs thanks to my amazing trainer Stephen. I only wish I started with him sooner. We have had 6 sessions and I have learned so much. The gym is super clean and the staff is great! The classes are also amazing, Dean's boot camp is CRAZY. We are so excited about the opening of the new Life Health and Fitness gym in Whitestone! It looks amazing with the light green and light gray interior and huge windows on each floor. There are so many trees outside which makes everything look more gorgeous if you look out and gives the space a great light and energy. This is super important for us since we need to push ourselves to go to the gym often. The staff is super kind too!
But enough of that what makes this gym amazing is the incredible new machines they've got and a huge variety as well. Just today we got our barcodes for the cardio machines that track our progress, and we freaking fell in love with it, especially on that new elliptical/stair/running machine whatever the name is, it's mad good.
Altogether a great and inspiring place to be and get yourself in a better shape.
We will be going there every day if you wonder where we are going to be!
Big thumbs up, and definitely check it out!
