All participants will be involved via group email forum, creating a community of weight loss and wellness. I will also be a part of the email forum to offer support and answer questions. There will also be optional weigh-ins and measurements each week. The detoxification will be accomplished via Metagenics Ultraclear Renew Medical Food as well as Metagenics Advaclear.
