Life Health and Fitness gym is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located. They've got great equipment and lots of great classes so you'll never get bored. All of the equipment is shiny and new and the locker rooms are always clean and well stocked with towels.
I love Life Health and fitness . I've been a member for a little over a year and it has been a great relationship. I have found the staff to be super friendly and the facility to be grade A. I especially enjoy training with Greg, he is an amazing trainer I look forward to my workouts. As a result, I'm in much better shape.

People go through so much in their everyday lives and sometimes can't find outlets to make sense if it all. Tyrone is not only an amazing, dedicated trainer but a great friend and source of moral support. I am a physician and work crazy hours but Tyrone works with my schedule and is a source of inspiration to me not to falter in my conviction.
But let's get to the nuts and bolts!!! All in all, I have lost so many inches!!!...everyone notices my weight loss and toning up!!! For someone who used to do Muay Thai he has got me back to being strong enough to do martial arts again. I never want to stop training with Tyrone!!!!

I decided to train with Swann Cardot because I saw her working out at Life Health & Fitness one day this summer. Dear Mr. Tsouros,
It has been 7months since I joined your gym and it has made such a difference in my life. Previously I was going to the Lucille Roberts on Steinway in Astoria, where I was getting kicked off cardio machines and waiting on line to get in in the morning. The staff was awful and the trainers there seemed extremely unfriendly and very stand offish. I was also paying more.
Since joining Life Health Fitness I have lost 30 pounds, not once have I ever gotten kicked off a machine, and I am just a much happier person. I even started going to Yoga which is something that I never would have thought of doing. The staff is very friendly and the facility is top notch. When I look at back at 2011 your gym is one of the highlights of the year.
Thanks for providing a great environment to get fit and stay in shape and thanks to your top notch staff.

Jimmy is a Personal Trainer who combines broad Expertise with relentless Dedication, he just LOVES being a Personal Trainer. I have been training with Jimmy for approximately 16 months on average once to twice a week, and I feel I still learn something new every session, especially those techniques that REALLY matter, those with the highest impact. With Jimmy I discovered news tools, such as kettle bells, and once I learned the basic technique, I decided that one day I would definitely master it. Jimmy appreciates the challenge to train and every small success gives him great satisfaction, which leads him to challenge me to the next level. He knows a lot about nutrition and its importance to a healthy lifestyle, and is happy to share it with me or recommend a reading on the subject.
