Pilates - Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back by doing controlled movements using a range of apparatuses to guide and train the body.
Yoga – Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline, originating in ancient India. The goal of yoga, or of the person practicing yoga, is the attainment of a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility.

Indoor Cycling- Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, that involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Get Ripped- This intense workout is for upper and lower extremity. It includes weights and steppers and will help you tone and lose inches and increase your endurance and stamina. Quite simply it will get you ripped.
Abs – This class consists of a 30 minute gut wrenching, oblique shrinking, abdominal sculpting workout.
Urban Rebounding - Urban Rebounding was created by a martial artist by the name of J.B. Burns. It involves a small trampoline that you stand on and perform various exercises that target the whole body using the principles of dancing, sport specificity, flexibility and aerobic capacity.
Zumba – Zumbais a Latin-inspired dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

Circuit Training – Circuit trainingis a form of conditioning combining resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Boxing – Boxingtrainingis the training method that boxers use in order to get more fit for their sport. This training method is often cited by medical doctors, boxing trainers, and writers as one of the most Spartan forms of sports training.

Boot Camp – BootCamp training often combines running, interval training, and many other exercises using weights and/or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
Body Sculpting – Body sculpting is a class designed to help tone muscles in specific areas of the body. In other words, body sculpting removes fat from those places which make the body unattractive.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsuis a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique—most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.
TRX / Kettle Bell – TRX is a form of suspension trainingthat uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight. Kettle Bells, unlike traditional dumbbells, center of mass is extended beyond the hand. This facilitates ballistic and swinging movements. By their nature, typical kettle bell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real world activities such as shoveling or farm work.
Cardio Kickboxing – Cardio Kickboxingis a sport-specific equipment-based exercise program. The techniques used during the one-hour classes, using conventional heavy bags and training pads, are based on authentic kickboxing techniques which provide both resistance training and cardiovascular benefits to its participants.
Sports Conditioning - Strength training is the use of resistance to muscular contraction to build the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
